Abstract:
The main objective of the Advanced payment calculation project is to develop a web-based application for advance payment analysis and Payment calculation for trading purposes. This application is more useful for both the company side and the customer side for payment collection. Also, this application supports for various businesses like trading based companies, production-based companies, and agent-based companies.
In the current situation, all types of businesses are working under a credit-based business, but some fake persons are cheating the company by buying wholesale products is advanced credit. This leads to major losses for the company. Even there are many accountants in the company this problem cannot be stopped.
All the drawbacks in the existing process have been overcoming in this project. This project will be a fruitful gift for production or sales-based companies, while those proving credit to their customers. Also while customers giving advanced payment. This project is a very useful application for accountants too.
Initially, the Advanced payment calculation application contains a login for both admin and accountant. Sometimes the accountant may be the admin. Here they can add their product and the specification. While billing the product details will reflect on the billing page. So that the product can be identifying clearly. While the customer paying the payment, the billing module as for advance payment and net amount, from that remaining amount will be calculated. Also, the balance payment date will be mentioned during the advanced payment.
Now the system works in systematic. An internal ranking method will be generated for the customer’s payment methodology. A rating has been assigned to each customer. This leads to much useful while the same customer buys the product next time. In the case of late payment customers, the advance amount will get increase automatically. Here all the information will be shown in the data grid for data clarity purposes.
