Abstract
The main objective of this Event Club City project is to create an interaction between the city Events with public people. Most of the people are fixed with city life, more and more events are happening around the city. Fewer people are aware of the events and programs. The main objective of this application is to create an interaction between the NGO and the public. The motivation for developing this application is to create the right platform between the event organizers and the even seekers.
Here 3 tier architecture has been implemented in Event Club City. The interactions are Admin, event organizers and public users. The role of the admin is to manage the event organizers and permitting the event organizers to publish the data to the public. The event organizers can create events in this application. While creating an event, the event organizers need to give the particulars like event name, event type, event date and time, event venue, payment, etc. After the admin authorization, the event will be published for the public. Event organizers will be charged for creating an event. Public will be provided with a free sign up. After signing up public users can select their corresponding city name to view the event details.
All the available event details will be published in the user login. Users can view all the events at the same time. In case, the user is interested in a particular event means, they can register for the event at the same time itself. Data integrity and validation has been implemented to maintain the booking details. The registration details will be shared with the event organizers. The event organizers can contact the registered users at any time.
Finally, after the event, public users can review the event and star rating will be provided to the event and event organizers.
