Abstract
The main objective of E gas booking project is to develop a web-based online application that automates the processes taking place in the agency for maintaining the transaction details and the accounts details involved in the various processes of the agency such as
- Receiving cylinders from the gas agency
- Making new connections to the customers
- Providing cylinders to the customer’s inappropriate requests and dates
- Registering complaints
- Transferring connections to other agencies in case of change-of-address
- Canceling the connection.
Still, many people are facing many problems in booking gas connections and get it. Here this application will solve the entire problems in the gas agencies and customers also. Customers can apply for new connections through the web site itself. A priority delivery queue will be created in the admin side. Cylinders will be delivered according to that request queue. A Request number will be generated for the customer side. The customer can go through with the reference number for the current status. This is a cyclic process for all types of requests. So that various request numbers and reference numbers will be generated according to the situation
This E gas booking online application needs an internet connection for the execution process. And Client-server architecture is implemented here for faster data transactions.
