Here is one of latest productivity enhanced web based tool which is mainly in need of book complaints via online to the government authorities directly. Meeting the concern person in the government is impossible, so introducing this method through knowledge complaining through online. Here a common man can able to compliant regarding the road issue. Here a login module was developed for registering complaints. Using this login user can create their login provided with a user name and password. Here admin available for managing the whole complaints He is the main authorized person to create the government officials. Whenever a compliant registered to the low level government official, he should provide a proper acknowledgement to the user within 7 days .
