Abstract:

The old fashioned voting system is not quite sufficient today to keep track of other systems. There is no tracking system involved. Because of the availability of information is insufficient today, it is hard to make manually. Because of this reason many voting systems using manual methods have to come up with an approach that ensures a strong contribution of identifying the real appearance of the user.

Many manual voting systems have been introduced in the market to track the identity of the exact voters. With the introduction of this application, only authorized users can be identified easily using manual methods. All Voters should assemble in a place before voting. A few examples of voting systems are RFID voting systems, punch-card voting systems, swipe card voting systems, biometric voting systems, etc all these technologies can be faked easily.

In this project College Online election, we concentrate on the Web-based voting system technique used to recognize the real persons. This application works with internet connection only. And also this architecture for Time voting & Access control system. This project works with a centralized application server that can manage thousands of terminals centrally to offer complete centralized time-based access control. The developed code will interact with both the admin and client processes. The accessed data will send via a centralized server into the system, the data from the server will be checked with the SQL Server for data storing and retrieval.

This system College Online election will works under various circumstances like inside the IP based system, Public IPs, for security purposes, etc. This system needs an admin for efficient data handling. Admin is the authorized person to create all the parties who are participating in the election and admin is the authorized person to provide permission for voting. Here the admin will be the election officer. Data updating also can be done through the admin for the entire system through web architectures.
