Abstract:

The main aim of this Bio informatics lab data analysis system project is to develop a Client Server-based environment. In addition, to transferring the medical report details from the biomedical lab to Patients. However, to improve the data analysis technique, using previous medical data comparison.

Model:

This system works on accurate recording of all user report transactions lead to better data management and increases in various comparisons. This project comprises two types of interactions like admin and patient. Admin has a well-secured login. Similarly, all the patient details are registered by the admin.

After that username and password will be provided to the patients. The initial process is to enter the medical test requirement of the patient. The details contain prescribed doctor details, patient details and lab test details. For instance, a general blood sugar test contains HBL cholesterol, similarly, LDL cholesterol, Glucose level, etc. in another word these all said to be CTA tests.

After blood, the admin will provide a temporary reference number. In added with this temporary number is for admin and employee reference. Once their blood test was done, the admin will upload the test result by selecting the corresponding user name. They will store the uploaded details in a centralized server for data utility purposes.

Therefore, patients can get log in with their user and password. In added to while selecting the date, the patient can view their current test result from their home itself. After that the will provide a test history option to the patient. After that patients can compare their current test results with their previous test results. This option makes the patient manage and know about their health condition and their treatment.

conclusion:

In conclusion, above all the system works well and the system will generate an interactive grid and chart for furnishing the result. The admin can maintain their patient detail, patient count, test results, etc. This makes more comfortable communication between admin and patients.
